By creating an account and using Delawells Investment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms in full. Access to the Platform is conditional on your continued compliance.
Delawells Investment provides a digital investment management platform enabling users to allocate funds across Crypto, Staking, Real Estate, Agribusiness, Stocks, Bonds, and Retirement instruments. The platform automates portfolio tracking and delivers staged returns based on user-configured investment parameters.
All investments carry risk including the potential loss of principal. Past performance of any asset class does not guarantee future results. Delawells Investment does not provide personalised financial advice. You are solely responsible for assessing investment suitability based on your financial situation and risk tolerance.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and KYC verification.
- Do not share your account with any third party or use the platform on behalf of others without authorisation.
- Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised account access.
All deposits are subject to administrative review and approval. Withdrawals require completed identity verification and may incur an activation processing fee. Processing times are typically 24–48 hours. Delawells Investment may suspend transactions pending compliance review under applicable regulations.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Platform.
- Providing false information during registration or KYC processes.
- Any activity that disrupts or damages Platform infrastructure or other users.
Delawells Investment may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail identity verification. Outstanding balances will be returned to your verified wallet after any necessary compliance holds are cleared.
These Terms are governed by applicable financial services law. Disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before formal proceedings. Delawells Investment's liability is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant claim.
We never sell your data. We never share it without consent. You have full rights to access, correct, and delete your information at any time. Your privacy is non-negotiable.

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. KYC documents are stored in isolated, access-controlled environments. We conduct regular independent security audits and will notify you within 72 hours of any breach affecting your personal data.
